Question suggestions

broke rear end. I'll either try to get a new 12 or 9 rearend, or I can just fix the stock rearend, put a line lock and buy the cam also. What do you guys think?

The Moser 9 inch is what I recommend. Order it tomorrow morning and you just may have it down in Texas this coming Friday. Bob

Default rear

Bob is usually right and I'll agree with him on the 9" also dont listen to anyone when they tell you to use 85w-90 use 85-140 gear oil. I have no whine from my 9". YES GUYS YOU HEARD ME! NO WHINE! Damn gear oil is so thick that it coats the gear too well to let it whine. lol. and the thing is I am dead serious, Looked like I was putting honey in my rear but damn it did the trick. I just changed the hog-head for gear whine and found too much pinion depth where the it probably was riding WAY TOO DEEP!

Hmm, I'll have to try some 85-140. These cars are very sensitive due to the torque arm conducting the noise up to the transmission. Bob
