Default 3.73 or 4.10? What rpm are you crossing the 1/4 line at? Which is better for our cars

I just wanted to see what is the most popular gear everyone is running. My mods are in my sig. My car makes peak power @ about 6200rpm and carries that power dead flat until the 7000rpm rev limiter. My shift points are set to around 6700-6800rpm. I decided to go with a 4.10 gear and run a 28" tall tire but don't want to run out of gear in the 1/4. How many of you are running a 4.10 and what are you crossing the 1/4 mile line at? Thanks for all your help..

When my '99 Z28 was at (our Mustang dyno) 540 rwhp, I had it set up with 28 ET drags and 4.10 gears. I ended up being at 6200 rpm at the 1000 ft mark in 4th gear.

My car is the one on the left, I left it in 4th gear and ran it out bouncing off the rev limiter. Bob

At your current power level the 4.10's would be what I would use for making the most out of your combination. If you end up adding nitrous or some other form of seriously upping your power level, then you'll need to switch gears. Bob
