Default Just bought a new 12bolt. Have a few Q's!!

Is the moser 12 really a complete bolt in set up? I had to call them back and remind them that i needed swaybar mounts. im just wonderings if there is anything else that i may need to tell them. if i can get in touch with them monday morning it shouldnt be too late seeing as how i didnt place the order til late fri afternoon. My car is completely stock suspension. You guys know of anything else that i could have missed? O yea, i also got them to give me the right coupler to make their 1350 yolk fit my stock driveshaft.

Thanks,
Daniel

Sway bar mounts are on there, got the 1310/1350 u joint. What kind of cutting is involved?

i had to cut a tab off of the ebrake mount, may not have been necessary but i thought it was.

if you bought the rear straight from moser you will have to get the axle bearing's pressed on and punch in the axle seals. most auto shops will be able to press the bearings on and if you can pick up a bearing punch kit (got mine at harbor frieght) they are very easy to install.

dont freak out over the extra work, i thought it was easy and fun.

No, because you need to reuse your brake backing plates from your 10 bolt. Here are the Moser installation instructions.
