Default 3.70 or 4.10s with 28" tire NA/Spray

I am going to be getting an m9 and am contemplating the gear ratio. I want the car to be able to work good on motor and spray. I would like to keep one tire on the car at all times and don't want to keep switching from 26" to 28" tall for spray or motor. The car has a stage 5 4l60-e from RPM transmission and a yank ss4000. I am shifting at 6600 rpm and spraying 150 dry shot. The car will have full suspension including tubular k-member, A-arms, strange single adj shocks front and rear, 300# hypercoil springs in front, stock springs in the rear.

I am in a similar situation, and well I was told that obviously the 3.70's would be idea for spray. Maybe not so much on motor...

I am a m6, but considering I might put on the spray, I went with 3.90s. Good luck

3.70 is a good all around gear ratio, and works out quite well when you have a lot of power. Bob

I run a 4.10 gear along w/28" MT 325/50 drag radials. It works perfect on spray, see vid below. On motor, I think the 28's are bit much. I'm going to try 26" next time on motor.
