Default What gears in the rear for a T-400?

I have a 99 z28 and I am going to be converting it to a T-400 and getting a 9" rear but what gears do you guys think would be good for this? this car is not a daily driver I do still want to drive it on the street occasionally though. It has heads cam all the bolt-ons and a 150 shot of nitrous. around 550-575whp. what do you guys think?

Depends on tire size and what your goals for the car are besides the occasional street driving.

the difference in rpm is not very much from 3:73 to 4:10 is roughly 200 rpm.

3:50is would be cool, i personally ran a 4:10 with the same hp numbers on motor and am satisfied. it is not going to be like a 4l60 that is for sure. You will be turning some rpm around 70mph. If you are crusing around town it is fine but long drives suck.

I went with 3.50's in my M9. I have right at 500hp na, and then a 150 shot on top of that. Which will be more later on. I have a 28" tall tire, and hoping I won't be bouncing off the Rev limiter when I go out... lol
