Default Newbie camaro owner question

How do I know if my 94 z has a 2 series carrier in the rear or a 3 series carrier in the rear? And How do I find out what my stock gear is in my car? Its an A4, I just got a set of 3.42 gears out of a m6 car and I'm pretty sure those are supposed to work with the 3-series carrier?

Thanks for the help, I have the series-2 carrier in my car I have 2.73. So should Ii just try to sell my 3.42 ring and pinion since its off of a series-3 carrier? I heard with a spacer and longer ring gear bolts that it will work?
