2 series gear ques. Hey guys,
i just bought my TA a few weeks ago and i have gear question. i got a set of 3.73's with the car, they are a 2 series set of gears and my TA has the 3 series carier. so can i just get a Detroit truetrac (i want one any way) that would fit the 2 series gear set and then install. I know that i can buy a set of gears for the 3 series carrier but my limited slip will leave a one wheel burn out every now and then, so i figured i could just buy the truetrac and be done, instead of selling the 2 series gear and then buy a set of 3 series gears and an oem 3 series carrier. any help would be great.
