reusing gears from bad setup

reusing gears from bad setup I set up my 9" and when i got it all put together it whined pretty bad. I've got it torn back apart now and am gonna have a shop set it up this time. I've put about 50 miles on the gears, would that be enough time to mess them up or should they be ok? I'll try to get some pics up in a little bit. Thanks
