Default Torsen paddle which way???

I just put a new axel is my torsen rearend and I just noticed that the thrust puck or paddle, call it what you want can go in either way. Anyone have a pic of the proper install? It looks like if you put it in one way it will draw up oil when it spins.....

I have had several apart and even though it will slide in either way I think the retaining bolt will only go in when it faces toward one side..Could be wrong but I have not had a problem yet..If it goes in and the retainer won't flip it over and that is right..Hope that helps you out

I have always installed them so the slot is picking up oil as the car rolls forward.
