Thumbs up How To: Install catback on 2010 Camaro SS

I just finished installing the MBRP 3" catback on my 2010 SS. Here is the article, along with photos and a video:

Nice writeup, any idea about the weight difference between the two systems?

New system uses larger pipe. OEM mufflers are not heavy at all, they are thin sheetmetal and somewhat hollow. I doubt any weight savings here.

I was hoping the factory exhaust was lead based, oh well.

To raspy for me, I like the sound of the borla or magnaflow so far but none of them really have the sound I'm hoping for.

EDIT:
Forgot to say (which I'm sure you don't need a reminder of) It looks amazing, best LOOKING one I've seen.

This one has no rasp in person. I define rasp as a Borla with open plate on a 4th gen. This one is much deeper than that.

Would be interested to hear it in person. Maybe when I'm done my deployment I can drop by Houston for a listen and if it really doesn't have any rasp I'll buy the Camaro off of you, I know how quickly you get bored with vehicles and sell them off :-P It took a lot of will not to buy one of you 4th gen WS6's a while back. I'm stationed in San Antonio and there has been a few times that I've wanted to come check out your collection.
