I think what he is asking is why are some of the packages more expensive than buying things separate. I did a quick eyeball of your website after reading the thread.
Package (installed/parts) Buying separate
Street Stalker 3299/2499 Cai-400 Exhaust-1900=2300
Slayer 5999/3549 2300+Cam kit 949 + Plugs/wires 100
~300 pulley and ~100 for accessories=3700
Reaper 9999/6099 3700+heads 2399=6099
Is the 500 off the posted prices on the website? Do you guys throw a tune in with these packages, or is it extra? It seems like in some places you can do better buying separate vs buying the package.And I'm not sure what the "punisher" is, but for 10k worth of labor, I bet it's a beast.Just wondering if I missed something.

ALL PACKAGE PRICES IS WITH PARTS/LABOR/GASKETS/FLUIDS/ AND TUNING! Please let me know what package you are interested in and I can break everything down for. Trust me when I say LMR's packages are not nearly as expensive as Hennessey/LPE/Livernoise/etc etc..
