Default Strange sound

After my H/C install I am noticing a strange whistling noice that sounds like its at the rear of the car.

It is very faint and it doesnt always happen. It almost sounds like a tiny little turbocharger spooling up or something.

What is this? Fuel pump? Im not sure.

Did you tweak the rear end maybe with the extra power.

I heard it right when I left with the car after install. So if the rear was tweaked it was tweaked by them.

Some guys on c5 have said it could be the belt.

I did change belts and tensioner. It is not a big deal. I can barely hear it and its only at 2-3k rpm...just want to make sure it is nothing serious if you know what I mean.

Still not sure yet.

I am going to look into it tomorrow. I have to work tonight so today is not a good day.

I will figure this out soon enough.
