Fastlane & d3pe finally come together to install huge heat exchanger on 800hp zl1
FASTLANE and d3ep here in houston really did put a great package together..fastlane installed a heat ex-changer and coolant res from d3ep .the plan was to build a kit that can be used everyday, and still keep with most cars on the road other than the freaks in the 900 club.
Its got a gt9 cam, port work, pulleys, balancer swap, vmax ls3, long tube headers off road pipes, rotofab, d3pe hex ,d3pe res, along with a planned meth kit which will allow the 640rwhp turned up to 675 or 680 on a tune with more timing when needed. All of this will allow a package that can be driven on the street without any crazy stalls or large stroked package which cost a ton of money, or can turn it into a weekend or track only car..it has a really smooth idle, and drives better than when gm drove it off the show room....hope you enjoy the pictures...
