The K & N failed in the almighty JRE test. Guess they didn't want to give ted an intake for free that he could sell and make money.

Don't come in here and crap up my thread.

This is serious stuff going on in here. We don't need to mention Jannetty racing and how much they suck. There is no need to mention we were only trying to help fellow enthusiasts make an informed decision and not suffer the same consequences we have.

Oh well they can go on.

If you put those on the car will it need a tune?

Won't the tune void the warranty?

b/c you deserve it for even asking!

I'm so afraid of losing my warranty I'm just going to settle on a wedge.

Alright guys, we have a serious tech question here that needs a serious answer. Please be responsible and when a tech question is asked, please answer appropriately.

These LS1Tech members have no idea what just happened when we flooded their site.

Substance: CAI (Anything but K&N) and only needed on roots style blowers or nitrous applications, Long Tubes (Kooks, ARH, Stainless Works) are all good options, exhaust is a personal preference so I suggest finding clips on YouTube or on one of the sites and make a choice.

Hope everyone is happy now....

It was really directed to the OP and a recent discussion he had, kind of an inside joke.

If you are interested, yeah the ported stock LS3 tb is actually worth some benefit and better flow but any hp is relevant to the level of a person's mod due to all the variables. My .02 on the spacer is still pending. In haven't tried it but I hear it has some small amount of merit. Just not enough for my purposes. But in the end you are better off to also consult your trusted tuner.
