I'll be in touch over the coming months and we'll figure out a schedule. I'm going to try to sell some of my used stuff and see what I can get for it. When we replace the LPE kit I'll be selling it and a set of 63 pound injectors that I replaced with the 85 pound ones I have now. That would be a good setup for a somebody. Perfect for one of the NA guys.

Thanks for your help and we are not done yet.
The main reason I feel your combination is making less pressure is due to the camshaft and port work on the heads. You're moving more airflow for a given amount of pressure.

That is a good thing as long as it doesn't become excessive and muck with efficiency as we've discussed before.

On 15-16psi we should be able to top 800rwhp IMO.

Looking forward to that.

By the way, love the idle, car sounds bad ***.

I`m finishing up my set up as we speak, stock fordged bottom end. This is what I have!

1. Roto Fab Cold Air Kit
2. ZL1 Custom Heat Exchanger with dual fans
3. Metco Motorsports 9.1" lower pulley ( includes innovators west damper)
4. Metco Motorsports 2.5" blower pulley
5. Cam specs 227/242/520/590/122+6.
6. .675 lift double valve spring kit with Ti Retainers
7. Comp cam pushrods
8. 160 degree thermostat
9. solid isolater
10. Kooks 1 7/8" headers with Catted Connection pipe
11. Metco 50 MM Idler pulley
12. Blower belt
13. Ported mouth, ported blower, snout, throttle body by LME
14. MSD wires and NGK TR7IX spark plugs
15. Alky Control Meth injection kit
16. ID 850 fuel Injectors
17. Boost a pump
Car made 794rwhp 694trq at the wheels like this

Heads have been done and these are the flow numbers!

Intake Exhaust
.200 152 106
.300 234 158
.400 286. 202
.500 327. 220
.600 362. 241
.700 378. 244
.800 383. 248

Without the heads done and boost-a-pump I made 704rwhp 694trq at wheels and was around 17.5lbs boost, I have a auto. I think with my heads done now my boost will drop and still make more power.

Anyone know the power gains I would get from my heads with this set-up? Just curious! I will post numbers soon once she is tuned!

You have a awesome set-up bro.. I listen to you when I first ask and didnt make a 408, thanks for your input!

That's awesome man. I'm jealous. I wish I could turn my blower up some more but I have to replace my fuel system. At 750 hp it started going lean so we backed it down and I left it there all winter. It makes 700 at 11.5 psi and 750 at 13.5 so if I can get it to 15 ...... we'll see.

I contacted Squash last week and Andy gave me some recommendations. I hope to get it installed reasonably soon.

Then I have to start saving pennies for a rear end.

I wish I could tell you what head porting will give you but having done motor (10 to 1 compression), cam, heads and a little more boost, simultaneously, it's tough for me to isolate what part gained xx horsepower. That said, I think you'll feel the difference.

Good luck and have fun.

Update:

I've ordered the Squash Dual Pump Fuel System. The kit comes complete with:

2 Walbro - 267 Pumps (Flow rate: 465 LPH @ 40PSI & 13.5 Volts, 360LPH @ 70PSI & 13.5V)
-6 fittings supply and return
-6 PTFE return line
-Hobbs Switch

Fuel will no longer be an issue for my application. In addition, Josh at Dynospeed recommended adding Methanol Injection. I'd been considering it but kind of wanted to see what it would do without. That said, it's just so much safer to use methanol when you consider the octane variation from gas station to gas station.

So, I'll be adding methanol to the mix.

Once installed, I'll go from a 3.75" pulley to a 3.375" which is an additional 3 pounds of boost. 750 hp was the goal but I think I'll get a little more than that

Install begins Monday:

Squash Fuel System

Alky Control Methanol

3.5" or 3.375" Pulleys.... we'll see how the tuning goes to make final decision.

Default 377

I am also having a 377 built for my 2011 by siebert performance, before I hurt my motor I was making 630 thru a th400 on 11psi of boost I will be maxing out my Ecs1500 if I don't upgrade to a bigger blower once the motor is built 15 or so psi hoping for 750 on e85 with the small blower. Motor should be good for plenty more. I am also considering the idea of meth and the alky control kit

Yes. The squash system is a little pricey but it'll support a bunch of horsepower. Hopefully, the last fuel system I ever buy.

On my setup, I should be around 14 - 15 psi with the 3.375" pulley and between 750 - 775 RWHP depending on the Dyno and air temps etc. It made 750 on Tick's Dyno with this pulley but was running out of fuel so Jonathan didn't really bother to do any tweaking on the tune because we weren't going to stay at that boost level... not sure how much more was there.

I'd like to see that number 750 again with the methanol injection. That said, when it was in North Carolina in November the air temps were in the 40s. Today, in Memphis, it was 100 so it certainly won't make that power on just pump gas. Maybe the methanol will make up for the 60 degree difference in ambient air temps... we'll see.

Ultimately, what I'd like to see is 75 more RWHP.

So, the car base-lined at 626 HP and 556 Torque at 11.5 psi of boost. It was down 74 horsepower from when it last dynoed in November. That said, back in November the air temps were in the 40s.... and it was a different dyno.

After adding methanol, squash fuel system and installing a smaller pulley (3.375") the car made 738 hp and roughly 655 ft lbs of torque at 14 psi.

So, these changes netted roughly 110 hp and 100 ft lbs of torque.

I think with cooler temps I'll gain another 50 horsepower.... not that I really need that.

****UPDATE**** Not 3.375 but 3.5 which makes me feel better actually.

Might have to look at a bigger and better heat exchanger but I am really not sure what is available. I know Kurt Urban has done a lot of R&D on Whipple SC so I may give him a call.

Wow. Hard to believe it's been nearly 4 years since I posted anything on this thread. Well, for anyone interested, I'm selling the car. I'll post an ad here shortly.

Well. I still have the car. Doing the CTSV brake upgrade. Car still runs great. I'll take pictures of the brakes when they are installed.
