Many people. I've done many track days in mine without issue. Brakes are pretty good but it depends on the driver, the track, the air temp etc. Suffice to say you can get pretty aggressive in the 5th Gen without too much concern. I run with C6 Vettes, Porsches, and the like all the time and score lower lap times than most.

You are not alone. Don't get to do it as frequently as I would like because my work schedule blows. I had a blast at the last two events I was able to attend and can't wait to get back out there.

Coming up soon. You can Road Course if you like then later in the day make some drag strip passes or Auto-X. I go every year.
