Default 315's on a 2 inch drop??

Ordering a set of zl1 rims 20x 8 fronts and 20x11 rear. I lowered my ss 2 inches and I'm wondering if I can cram a 20x11 rim with 315's on it in the back ? I looked at it an I think it will work I just don't know if the tire will hit inside or on the quarter ??? Anyone lowered 2 inches with 315's??? Any help would be appreciated !

I think it will hit on big dips, passengers etc. I have ZL1 reps on mine w/ 20x11 in the rear w/ 315 Michelin Pilot super sports which run wide. Mine's stock height but I ordered 1.4" BMR drop springs at the same time and got the wheels on first. Looks like it would rub w/ weight/big dips in the road. I'm talking on the quarter, lots of room inside. Cars up for the winter but in the spring I plan on jacking it up on one side under the trailing arm to compress the susp. and see if it hits or not. If it clears, then it'll clear when driving. 305s are a sure bet for clearing on those 20x11s if you want to be safe.
