I have a condition when going WOT from rolling start in 1st & lots of wheel spin as computer changing gear for me in manual mode that I pop these codes going into reduced mode. It has happen since modes & tune was done but only if I forgot to turn off nannies, so wasn't a big issue as I would turn off nannies & this condition would not appear for the last 18 -24 months until the other day it did it with all nannies off for the first time. I understand that if pedal & throttle body differ more than 7% for more than 0.5 sec these codes appear which I'm guessing is what is happening. Now my question is can this system setting be sorted by a tune adjust to give more error out time or % or should I look at swapping out throttle body & pedal?

Update, replaced throttle body asm, issue seems to have disappeared, all good.
