Just install a cam from tick on my 2013 ls3 Camaro car is tuned but having problem after it gets warm and turn of the car at a store or other places like that when I start the car again it feels like it doesn't want to start and idles rough and also drives rough as well. I can hear and feel the misfire under low load but when giving more throttle it goes away a bit can anyone shed some light on what could be causing this

Also when this happens rpms will not work on the dash or on the heads up display

Have you had any work done to the car ? Maybe check cam/crank position sensor wiring ?

I'd start with the obvious like spark plugs and wires. sometimes its something that easy. A lot of these guys know what they're talking about but I've noticed a lot of them come to ideas overlook the obvious bc they are just way too educated.
