How much timing do they really need pulled at 140, and say 180 degrees?

I have a car here only making 10 psi but Im seeing IAT2 temps well into the 180+ range which seems rediculous high.

Car has cam, tiny headers and 10% overdrive crank pulley.

Always check and make sure the intercooler system doesnt have a air pocket in it... only picks up 20-30 degrees over ambient now...
