cam for my camaro
I just bought a 2010 camaro ss. I was wondering what would be a good cam to run on it nothing to aggressive but I don't really want a real mild one either.

do a dod delete while you are in there. If you stay vvt then you will need a vvt cam form mast or Texas speed are really good ones. You could go with the ls3 set up which will give you more options. the choice is yours.

IMO stay VVT I got mine from GPI and lets just say I'm making great power low end and top end. Just depends what your looking for I wanted a good cam with good manners and I've out ran cams that claim big numbers in track times. Don't be fooled by cams out there claiming big dyno numbers but run what bolt on cars run

VVT=Variable Valve timing. Uses oil pressure to vary the timing of your valves by movement of the cam. DoD= Displacement on demand. Someone else will have to explain that. But I think it can be Tuned out... nothing physical. I could be wrong though. And no, they are far from bad for the car.
