Anyone have a CC 231/247 XER 617/624 camshaft in their Camaro? I am looking at a car for sale and am trying to get some info on how this cam would perform on the street before I fly across the country to drive / buy it.
It would be a toy, not a DD. I like to cruise to shows with an occasional trip to the track - not a 9/10ths driver. My initial thought is this cam is too big for a street cruiser? It is an M6 and has 4.10 gears. Was installed by a reputable shop.

I'm running that same CC 231/247 @ 113+4 cam in my '15 Camaro 1LE and it has pretty good street manners...which will be based solely on your tuner's ability.
