i drive a 2011 Camaro 2ss 6sp manual that i did a cam swap and 1 7/8 long tubes with full cat delete 3" exhaust and am in the process of doing a 3:91 gear swap in the next month. My question is will i need to do a retune to run the 3:91 gears

You can drive it without having it changed in the tune but you will def want to change it at some point. ABS light could come on and also your speedo will be off.
