Default Help guys: Gen v ZL1 or Gen VI SS?!?

Ok guys I have a line on a one owner 2013 ZL1 with 63k on the clock but I'm really torn between that and a 2016 2SS with 12k that I've seen too. They are within a thousand dollars of each other so purchase price isn't really the big factor, I'm more trying to weigh maintenance vs depreciation at this point. One more factor is hat the 2016 is in Georgia near fort Gordon where I'll be for the next few months and Colorado where I'd have to fly to then drive the ZL1 there so o have a vehicle. What do you gents think? Both behicles are around $29,000

zl1s with autos are a potentially lethal setup.

I drove a '12 ZL1 with 3600 miles on it. They wanted $44,000. I left and drove my '16.

There's a reason I own a '16. By my calibrated butt, the SS is just as fast. Both M6 cars.

Skip buying used, go to the dealer and buy a new 1SS and you will be way happier and have a full warranty and get a decent interest rate compared to buying used.

I'm heading to the dealer tonight after work to look at the new ones and I picked up a round trip ticket to go look at the used zl1. the ticket was less than 100 so if I end up buying new then I just wont hop on the flight but if the prices don't match what I want to spend then I already have transportation lined up.

With the discounts now being given on the 6th Gen, I'd get the numbers for a new SS. If you can find a car you like and is only a few grand more, it wouldn't make sense to go with the used one.

The ZL1 never really intrigued me to begin with, and I wouldn't consider it for being an auto anyways.

ZL1 hands down, only reason I'd take the new SS is if it was 8A. You can beat the life out of an auto trans in a zl1 up to about 900rwhp no problem.
