Default Can you use o2 simulators on front sensors?

Just like the title says. Wondering if simulators will work for the front o2 sensors. I'm trying to free up a bung for my afr gauge.

No. Can't spoof the fronts.

Your front O2 sensors actually tell your car to add or remove fuel to trim up your AFR while the back ones just tell whether or not the cats are doing their job. So unless you want to run in open loop all of the time you need your fronts. What you can do is run a wideband O2 sensor that emulates the stock narrowband signal and that feeds back to the PCM to keep everything functioning properly and you have your wideband in the stock O2 location. I have a PLX wideband set up like this and it works pretty well.
