Ws7 vs Ws6, power comparison too Okay so i know a Ws7 is just a regular trans am that has the ws6 hood and spoiler and wheels. however im assuming most don't fully do a transformation by upgrading the suspension. Are there any power differences between a true Ws6, and a ws7, or do they have the same power, except maybe a small differnece because of exhaust and what not

if you get into handling, drag racing, or anything other than keeping it factory chances are you'll replace basically everything the package includes suspension and performance-wise anyway except the hood and wheels

Ws7 has no meaning. It's 100% fictitious.
A bunch of people decided to label their Ws6 clone's a "Ws7" but that is purely an internet phenomenon.
GM used to have a Ws7 option for road racing but this never applied to 4th Gen Fbodies.

The WS7 option is the WS6 handling and performance package w/out rear disks. This was used last on the late second generation cars if I recall.
