Default Need plugs for LQ4

Hey guys I'm in the need to change the plugs in my truck. The truck is a '06 2500HD Silverado. I just got 65K miles on it so I need to do some maintenance on it. I was looking for advise on spark plugs for these motors. Also what do I need to gap them at? Thanks

Thanks guys. Hey I see guys using anti seize on plugs. This is new to me. Do you just rub some on and thread it in? Is it really needed?
