Default What to buy?

Well the boss has allowed for a little money to be spent. The catch is its on a summit racing card so it has to come from summit. Here is whats done now.

2002 Z28 A4, ss ram air hood, all the free mods, slp air lid, Flowmaster muffler but I have a cut-out, shift kit, hypertech programmer, should have a 3:73 in about two weeks.

I've thought about a cam but won't have the $ for a tune after. Whats your opinion. Are rockers worth the $ or should I go ahead and upgrade the suspension.

Keep in mind its not a dialy driver but it is a drive anywhere/anytime car. Its comfortable and I want to keep it that way. All opinions welcome. Thanks in advance

how much is in your budget? You can always do nitrous, intake, ported tb, headers, catback. maybe get some new tires, new wheels, tints, paint the ss hood, or other appearance mods

lets try to keep it under $500. Its has to come from summit racing though. And I want to keep is a comfortable and reliable. Want the best bang for the buck. And absolutly no nitrous.

I would get a set of headers and a y-pipe to finish off your exhaust system. Your car will sound so much better afterward and give you a decent SOTP gain.

You can do some chrome bbk headers for under $500.00. Or do some suspension work to the car. Or go with hooker catback.

My vote goes to headers. Great mod all around power and sound. I have about the same mods as you and put down the numbers in my sig and you have an ls6 intake so you should be better off.

exhaust seems to be your best bet. the stock exhaust will become a bigger restriction as you begin to mod more, may as well get it out of the way early on. plus they make everything sound nicer too
