-what exhaust are you running after the headers? a 3" ypipe & catback would be great, true duals wouldnt hurt. (IF you havent already)
-Also what year is your car? if its a 98'-00' you can try getting an LS6 intake manifold (IF it doesnt effect your warranty).
-Look into Porting your Throttle body, There are write ups on how to do it at home aswell
-UD pulley
-stall
-gears?
- After you get all your bolt on's in place, get a TUNE. you want to get the most out of your bolt on parts, no better way to do it than by getting a solid tune!

You're DRINKING and driving a 40 ton truck?!?!
jk man.
I wouldn't think a bigger TB would be worth it on an LS1 intake. The opening is only so big on an Ls1 intake.
I would get some form of rear exit exhaust but if you like loud then you're is fine. Stall would be a good one if your warranty would allow it. If you can do an intake manifold, get an Ls6 or fast intake and tb.

Haha ^^ I figured it would be a wast to get a tb with a stock intake. Also it's not the loudness that bothers me because it's quiet until wot then it sounds nasty but it sounds like hell just normal driving

call circle d, they'll get you straighten up with a badass stall that suites your needs. Don't go my route, my car had a 3600 stall and i hated it.. but it was jus a bad choice of stall. Take that as a grain of salt
a ported stock tb is perfect for a bolt on ls1. Mightymouse https://ls1tech.com/forums/member.php?u=684 drives a 8 second T/A and retains a ls6 intake and a ported stocker which can be seen here http://www.gmhightechperformance.com.../photo_02.html
