Texas Speed has great prices, I'll give them that, but there's a reason. Their blocks are "off the shelf", meaning whatever you buy is going to be what you want but it's probably already build and created up because they don't specialize in building engines. I'd go with someone like LME or AES where you actually have to call and talk to somebody about exactly what your plans and goals are and what options you have.
