Default Tracking delivery of a new car.

Just wondering if you can track the delivery of a car that has been ordered. We ordered a new Cts-v about 7 weeks ago. It was built on March 13th and the dealer already has the invoice. They keep telling me that they can't really track it and that they will let me know when it comes in. I guess I'm just getting a little impatient.......
Thanks

I doubt it. I ordered a new car many moons ago and they gave me a time of about 3 months and they called me when it was ready. It was on the slow boat from Japan... just gotta be patient. I would hope things have changed but the car business seems to be stuck in the stone age - at least at the dealer level.

Yea, you would think you could track it somehow. You can track anything else you order through UPS, Fedex or US mail.......

Patience!! 7 weeks would be extremely quick. Hopefully the car is still made in the US and not coming from Mexico

Yea, patience is not one of my strong suites.....
I've heard of them taking around 90 days or so in different parts of the country. I really don't mind waiting. I just like to be kept informed.
