wind/air defector

Default wind/air defector

does this thing actually serve a purpose other than getting in the way of my jack? im debating just removing it...

yes it help draw cold air into the radiator to cool the car...if you take it off the car will not cool properly

You will notice that your TA does not have a grill to funnel air through the radiator for cooling, the air dam below the front of your car takes care of this job.

As a side note, how is it getting in the way of your jack? The jack points are on the side.

It is not cosmetic. It actually works to cool your engine.

he's probably trying to jack it from under the k-member. it get's in the way when i do it too but you can get around it.

looks like i'll be leaving it on then. yea i have to drive up onto 2x4s to get enough room for the jack handle to move
