Default Coolant Overflow Tank

My 2004 GTO was left running in the drive way, and I'm called home because its smoking, and "there's orange liquid all over the drive way." The smaller of the two hoses connecting to the coolant overflow tank was disconnected, and I'm trying to determine if I just need to reconnect it (and where without taking everything apart) and refill with new Dexcool/water, or If there could be more extensive damage to gaskets, etc. Any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Thats strange. check to see if the clamps on the hoses aren't messed up for some reason. As long as it didn't run in the red it should be fine.

Thanks for the help. I should be more specific and say the hose disconnected from the engine side of the hose, not the tank side.
