new setup is almost done!
well, my buddy had this setup on his f body, and totaled the car before he ever got any dyno numbers and all that good stuff. heres what i have now
TSP PRC stage 2.5 heads
TSP MS3
BBK SSI intake with a 92mm ported mouth
PTM 92mm throttle body
Custom .5" throttle body adapter/spacer (4 bolt to 3 bolt)
I already had a couple small mods done to the car such as an aftermarket harmonic dampener, long tube headers, off road y pipe, hks hi power...
All there is left to do is get the car tuned!
So what do you guys think this setup will make power wise? I really dont know what to expect.. i'm thinking it'll be around 460ish to the wheels, but I really dont have a clue what it'll make.

word. i'm hoping to see mid 4's but i'll be happy with whatever it makes. its not like i need a high hp number anyways.. the setup is in my drift car, and i already had plenty of power to drift on the basically stock ls1. next is spindles and a diff! then time to finish up the wide body

@ bobs99ss its not a f body or anything. i have a ls1 swapped fd3s rx7. heres what i have so far
its no where near done. i gotta run blast pipes, get origin side skirts, shine specb front over fenders, shine specs bumper, shine specgt hood, baller status wheels. like 18x13+3 rear 18x10-3 front baller.. its got a long ways to go. these are just the pieces i've came across in trade so far. i still have to cut some more of the over fender and fiberglass it into the bumper.
oh, and for dyno numbers.. i'm taking it to a shop that is going to street tune it, but eventually i'm going to make it on to a dyno jet at a rotary shop my buddy had his rx7 tuned at.

its an old pic, but its the only good one i have at hand right now...but visually it hasnt changed except with a new intake manifold.
heres a crappy cellphone pic as well with the new setup. not that it matters, its the same as above visually except with the bbk intake (i still have my vette fuel rail covers, they're just not mounted back on yet since i'm still always messing with the setup, i also have a 92mm throttle body that is going on it once i get the adapter made)
i pulled my intake off today to take it to the machine shop tomorrow so i can get the adapter made to run the 92mm throttle body! and to port the mouth of the intake to 92mm
it's def. a fun car to drive. even on the mostly stock ls1... the car weighs 2750 with a full tank of gas. i'm building it to drift, but it'll scoot too. it handles well. the weight of the ls1 doesnt throw off the weight distribution or anything. supposedly the ls1 is only 30lbs heavier than a stock 13b (the stock motor that comes in it). its a great all around car. i've raced a few stock(ish) c6 corvettes, and we stay dead even. so hopefully now with the new setup, i'll be pulling on stock(ish) c6 z06's!

i LOVE ls swapped rx7's. one of my dream cars really. but i must ask. why do a lot of import guys do the angled-up exhaust tips like that? it's just another ricer thing i hate, but is it just a style thing? not trying to be a dick, i'd kill to have a ls rx7.
on topic though, you should be close to the 450rwhp mark with what you have.

mine isnt really that angled up. it is a little, but not anything extreme. and just to hug the bumper i immagine. because the muffler is actually alot bigger than the tip. i'm putting this style exhaust on my car though instead.
sorta like this
i bought the bumper used, and the last guy ran blast pipes and it looked sick.
those are the same tail light covers i'm going to get for my car too..... and roof wing haha.

that looks good man. i've just seen honda guys around here with exhaust that was almost sideways and just looked retarded. like i said though, a clean ls swapped rx7 has always been a dream of mine. just don't have the extra funds to do it right at the the moment.
