Racetronix fuel pump or Walbro direct fit fuel-pump for a bolt on only car. Racetronix fuel pump with hot wire kit for a heads/cam car or N2O.

Is it giving you trouble? I'm still running my stock pump on my 98. I can't see the need for an upgraded pump on a stock car. Just my 2 cents.

This [/thread]

I got a canned tuned from frost and I did some scanning and had some mid range kr. Only 2* max.

Well I was having some starting issues and I started the process of elmitation and when I replaced the fuel pump all the kr dissappeared. Needless to say my starting issue was the VATS Lol.

A Racetronix kit will suit almost everything you need until you start getting into more aggressive set ups, ie. standalones for nitrous or dual in-tanks or large external pumps for forced induction.

With the boosted voltage from their nice complete plug and play wiring harness you can go pretty far people are getting 550rwhp out of those set-ups. Providing you upgraded the injectors of course.

If you don't want to go that route a little cheaper option is to just get a Walboro direct drop in.

Speed Inc. is a great site to look at parts and so is WS6store, both are sponsors and have a huge selection of parts to look at and read up on.

Loonies Performance is also another sponsor and is the fueling guru on here, he can answer any of your questions if you have any. I called him once and didn't leave message thinking I would call back and he actually called me.

I went with racetroinx and the hotwire kit. Hotwire is overkill for me, but I figured why not, it wasn't that much more money. A very nice kit though, easy to install and well worth it. Stock pumps from different places actually cost more, but they did include the full assembly to drop into the tank. Mines a 98 though, slightly different pump/tank setup.
