Hi, thought I'd share. I'm retired so I got alot of time ok my hands to do little projects, LOL. Prepped, Primed and Painted. Brackets- rustoleum metallic dark steel, coils -rustoleum high performance enamel.

I like it! Almost looks like some msd coils lol
It's just my opinion but I remove the painted red tape and replace it with fresh black tape

Thanks, actually that's brand new red electrical tape over the old chrome tape. I also replaced the old worn plastic zip ties with red plastic ties.

I didnt even see the first picture, i thought it was black from factory.(blonde moment)
I didnt even notice the red zip ties, very nice touch

Thanks to all, actually I was expecting a little better results after spraying clear, but it really didn't make a difference. It looks really nice in bright sunlight. I know it's not a "big deal" lots of guys do this, But I like the red and after reading Pros & Cons about MSD coils I'd rather spend $600.00 on other mods.
