unfortunately probably none... might just be the part of kentucky im in but it seems like a very small following of the LS cars. im so sick of seeing mustangs chargers and preludes i just might go crazy! i almost feel inclined to call up the dealer and let them know about their "typographical error"

I'm assuming that was a typo on the sellers part...or pure ignorance. I doubt someone put a 5.3 in it.

No. Hurst shifter was optional content under RPO BBS.

Most likely a typo, but with those miles maybe the ls1 blew and they put a 5.3 shortblock, isn't that pretty common?

My car came with a switch there. Ended up being Manual fan control
I don't know what the other one is. unless he only had 2 way switches and made one high one low.

Definitely the cheaper route to go. The 5.3 is not that far behind the LS1, stock for stock. If my LS1 were to go, that's the budget-friendly route I'd take.

Yes and judging by the advertised power #'s I'd say it's very possibly an LM7

^^This....I purchased one said car. It was so sticking dusty/dirty under the hood that I did not see the iron block. I sold it about a week after I found out it was power by a mighty 5.3L.
