Sorry if this is the wrong place to post this??....??

Here is the short version..
97 s-10
Has a aftermarket gauge overlay..
And all the gauges seem off.. Did the needles not get put back on correctly??
I Pulled the face off the cluster but ...how do I know which way to put the needles back on??
