How much did you pick up from gears in your A4?

How much did you pick up from gears in your A4? I am debating on getting gears.. My mods are 232/238 Cam, Full Bolt ons, 4k Stall and 3.23 stock gears. I'm debating on switching to 3.73.. I'm just wondering on how much I'd pick up with this mod alone. My current plateau at the track is 12.01.. I'm just itching to run consistant

You'd be lucky to drop even a tenth over the 3.23/4k stall setup you have now. Such a (relatively) small ratio change doesn't do much for ET improvement once you have a 3500+ stall speed with an LS1/4L60E combo.

^^^that small of change on a stalled car won't help much of at all. Do you have any sort of under car ram air system? That's I get you a boost. You are real close to 11's now every bit can help

Sounds like your still on a 10bolt and I'd honestly leave it alone until it breaks. Then when you upgrade to a 9in or S60 then you could try changing to 3.73.
For now I'd look into ram air or removing any weight thats not needed.
