Exclamation 6.0 mods help

hey guys I'm about to do a swap on my 87 iroc I just recently bought a 6.0 and I wanted to do some mild engine mods.... what would you guys recommend ? Cam/heads/headers/exhaust/intake??? Any advice will be appreciated

Are we talking a LS2 or a LQ9? Either way I wouldn't call heads/cam a mild mod lol

I meant mild like in not all out just some power. I want to be able to drive the car and not have problems and have fun in it. Buddy of mine took it out of his silverado SS

Well if you can swing it a good HCI build with the usual bolt ons does wonders on these motors. Check out some of the vendors on this site for prices, ideas, etc..

Start with a cold air intake Long tube headers, 3" Y-Pipe exhaust, id stick with the stock heads unless you are planning on running a big custom grind cam. A stall converter is a great choice to consider also.
