Default So what's next?

I'm stuck here. I have a cam only 2000 SS Camaro, Dyno'd 395/384, and I have a nice chunk of change to play with. I'm not sure where I want to go next, I'm geared towards breaking 400whp in some way other than spray. What do you guys think should be my next logical move?

It really all comes down to budget. If you don't have a limit, you can get some super nice TEA, AFR or AI worked aftermarket castings. However with most aftermarket castings you will have to move to a roller rocker setup which is usually a hefty investment in itself. If you want to stay with stock rockers and use an aftermarket casting, the TFS220 or PRC225 are both good choices. The PRC225 should bolt right up and I believe the TFS220 will need some slight shimming of the stock rockers to avoid premature guide wear.

For more wallet friendly options if you are going to stay N/A is to have your stock heads worked over. AI has a 226 program for 243/799 heads and an HCR219 program for 853/241 heads that will also make great power. Add in some BTR Platinum springs and a trunion upgrade and you are set to go.

I can only assume by that the OP means that they will be moving to a different engine.

Yes haha that's what I mean. The motors fine now but as we all may know, shifting at 6200 with a cam only LS1 does not prolong its life. I'll probably be going the LQ9 route when she goes.
