Default Port Matching Sheet Metal Intake

How would I port match a sheet metal intake manifold? I cannot remove the lid to the intake and it has long runners in the intake. I cannot see if the intake runners/flange is bigger or smaller than the cylinder head intake runner.

Any Ideas? And once I am somehow able to see how would I grind out the intake?

Default Sheet metal intake

Some members are scoping their set-up. What to do if they don't mate up? I noticed that the bottom flange uses an "O" ring to seal and it isn't that wide to be grinding on. I don't particularly like Texas Speed, but they offer a tall and short sheet metal intake as well as LS7 Heads. Could possibly get better matching parts. I do not like the price of any, but what to do?
