Default Best plugs for an LS3?

I have a LS3 with a 220/230 at .050 on a 108+4 cam, GMPP dual plane intake, and Fast EZ efi. What would be a good recommendation on a set of plugs? The engine has pretty high dynamic compression and 228psi of cranking compression. Will that dictate a hotter or colder plug, or make no difference in heat range? Thanks

Is a street car, so 93 pump gas. I have the timing at 34* all in by 2000, with a nice dip to 30* around peak torque. It likes the timing where it is and doesn't spark knock. I fell for the E3 hype a while back and now Im getting hard starts and rough idle from time to time. Im ready to put some good proven plugs in it and go from there. TR6 ?
