Who to trust with a cam?

Default Who to trust with a cam?

I have talked to martin smallwood @ tick, but then there is Lil john and ed curtis and others , personally im leaning towards martin and lil john havent herd much of ed. Martin already specd me a cam just want to make sure im going with the right choice.

You can't go wrong with any of them IMO. I went with Martin for my cam and I've been completely happy!

You are wise by sticking with reputable dealers like the guys you mentioned. I would recommend Cam Motion or Futral as another set of choices who do not use comp cams cores. They have incredible performing camshafts with fantastic service.

Ed is the man. I run his streetsweeper ht and its is an awesome cam. Everyone who has used one of his cams can tell you they make great power.

Geoff at EPS is another good name in addition to the above. Check out the Gen III Internal Engine forum. You'll find plenty of reading and references!

+1, I agree absolutely. I originally talked a bit with martin before buying my TSP 224/224 from a friend. Very helpful guy.

Its just such a hard decision because they are all known and no one has bad things about them. But ed seems like the one making the most power
