Default which of these cars would you pick

Ive been looking for another f-body for a while and im getting anxious. I really want a 02 trans am, does not need to be a true ws6 but a ram air hood is a plus. In my area a trans am is going for blue book price or higher and people/dealers are not budging on prices.

First car i found that im considering is a 1999 formula, teal green color, 80k miles, auto, fabric seats, comes with a cat back exhaust and chrome tt2's, $6800

The second car is a 2002 z28, silver , leather seats, completely stock, m6 , 50k mikes, $13000

Which car would you guys go for

Im really not a fan of the teal green, i like the silver better.
If the formula was any other color or an m6 i think i would be more into it.
If the z28 at least had some type of catback or chrome wheels or maybe a ss hood i would be more into it.

I'm not a big fan of the Trans Ams any more, in fact I sold mine to get back into a Camaro.

Only way I'd go back to a Pontiac F-body is if it were a Formula. I really like the blue-green color, and I prefer cloth interior, and I want nothing to do with any M6. So of those two, I'd pick the Formula.

Having said that, silver Z28s or SSs are my personal favorite, so if the Z28 was an auto I'd have to go with that one.....but only if the price came down to something reasonable. $13k is completely out of line for a 50k mile Z28, IMO.

The color on the t/a is a turn off, but why is the camaro so expensive? I picked up my 2000 ss with 43,xxx miles for $10,000 yes it needed new tires and the rear bumper needed paint because the kid I bought it from his dad bumped into it with his car. There are ss cars still around 11,500-14,500 in my area. Are prices in your area high?

i only wanted a ram air hood for looks, i can live with out it.

both of the cars have t tops.

both are at dealers, i have emailed both and neither will budge on price....ssoooo my search continues, i want a f-body but im not gonna spend more then reasonable. i am off work monday so i might go check out the cars in person and see if they go down in price any talking face to face.
if i dont have one by next spring then i will be getting a 5th gen ss. in my area 4th gens are priced too high, i can get into a used 5th gen ss for about $22k from a dealer, newer car = lower interest rate from the bank.

Wow there aren't many good deals in your area, my quick search of the Maryland Craigslist found this.http://smd.craigslist.org/cto/4656620802.html
Not exactly a great deal but there aren't really any reasonably priced clean car that I saw.
