new parts

Default new parts

I finally bought all the parts i need for my cam swap.
New parts
Torquer v2 113lsa
Tsp 7.400 chromomly pushrods
Tooley dual valve springs
Hooker lts
Tsp y pipe
Slp lm2
Yank ss3600 stall
B&M transcooler
80mm tb
Now what numbers do you think it can potentially make and what times would it run once its put together and tuned. For what its worth i removed the front sway bar and gna run 285 nitto 555r radials.

are you going to upgrade your timing chain? and what about a bigger trans pan for added cooling?

Yea i left that out haha got a ls2 timing chain , high pressure oil pump also. I dont have a bigger trans pan tho

400+/- whp and 11.5 is my guess.

I was assuming a really good tuner, good 60', and some good air (-DA). I don't know where you live so elevation/DA is a big factor.

The guy thats tuning my car is really good at what he does i have confidence in his tuning ability. When i do go to the track i will be running nittos 555rs and its going to be in sacramento not to sure about the elevation or da

If i can get any where near 400rwhp and 11.50s i will be happy wouldnt be to bad for cam only

It's good...real good! My tracks are ~30' and 60' elevation. With some cold air and low humidity we can see -1800 DA. Guys with high altitude tracks suffer. My car will pick up .3 sec in a change of DA from +1500 to a 0.
Do some reading on Density Altitude. Judging by the track near you, now is a good time to go to the track for some personal best times.

Thats good to know maybe a mid to high 11 is very possible as soon as it gets tuned ima head to the track. Ill post a results thread when i do
