Default Identifiers for an LQ4

Alright gang need some help as always. I'm looking at buying a camaro that the owner claims he has swapped an LQ4 6L into. What can I look for to identify that it is in fact an LQ4? He says it has 241 heads, cam(not specified but I have asked), claims it's pushing 440hp and could push 500 with a tune. I have asked for paperwork for the swap and cam which he says he will send me but has not yet. If I go look at it is there a way that I can identify that it is an LQ4 in there and not just an LS1?

This is the cam he says it has. What do you guys think of this cam? What application would it be good for?

281/284,(233/236 @ .50) .595"/.598" I don't know what the LSA is. Would you guys consider this a track only cam or would it still be a decent street cam?

The block will be cast iron on an LQ4...and, if you can see...it will have 6.0 cast in the front left side of the block...

Will that be visible with the engine in the car, hooked up, and with the transmission in place?

For some reason I'm not seeing this show up on new posts when someone replies.

its behind factory steering/alternator bracket made in block casting. 4.8 and 5.3 has them there as well. cylinder heads have numbers casted on corners by valve cover.
