04 Escalade vs 05 2500HD

The wife's 04 escalade seams to have more get up and go then my 05 2500 hd. Both 6.0 stock. Both 4.10 gears. Both stock tires. Look like same heads. Are cams different or caddy just got better tune.

I think the escalade has an LQ9 with higher compression and even though its heavier will have more ***** than an LQ4 in a 2500 hd
