I thought that was illegal? It should be considered a routine traffic stop by 2 officers, where both should be wearing the apporpriate uniform and in the correct vehicles?

thats some weak ****. i read about a town pinellas county using cops posing as homeless people to clock speeders.

why be sneaky? just sit in a marked unit and pull people over.
