Default SES code

P0157
O2 Sensor
Circuit Low Volts
(Bank 2 Sensor 2)

I have already replaced this sensor 20 miles ago(for this same code, yes it was cleared, came back in 20 miles-ish). WTF?!

I have what sounds like either a vac leak or someone holding a rag over a tail-pipe coming from the cat-region and it has gotten progressively worse. I think it may be a clogged cat. But why would it say low-voltage?

This code is a low-voltage or "lean condition" WTF?! I thought the FIRST O2 monitored that, and it isnt throwing a code. Why is sensor 2 bank 2 saying lean? This makes no sense.
